Exchanges

We will gladly accept unworn items for exchange within 7 days. Customers wishing to exchange must email us at customerservice@lisafreede.com within 7 days of receipt of goods for a return authorization. All items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items will be inspected and subject to a cleaning and/or repair fee if any wear is detected. This is an exchange policy only, as there are no refunds. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, while the shipping of the new items is at no additional cost. 

 

Shipping

We process and ship packages by FedEx Monday through Friday. Orders typically take 24-48 hours to process unless items are back ordered. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email will include the tracking number.

 

United States (48 contiguous United States)

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $15.00 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. We use FedEx ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days.

 

Hawaii and Alaska Customers
The cost for shipping is $20.00 for your entire order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via FedEx and arrive within 7 business days.  

 

US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico Customers
The cost for shipping is $20.00 for entire order. Your order will ship via USPS from our facilities to our international shipping station where the merchandise will be inspected. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

 

International Customers
The cost for shipping is $20.00 for your entire order. Your order will ship via USPS from our facilities to our international shipping station. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
