All hand made and custom orders are final sale. Return or exchange of any unworn merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt in the original packaging.
REPAIRS
Repairs may be subjected to a repair fee upon assessment of merchandise. You will need a Return Authorization number for all repairs. To receive your Return Authorization number please contact us at- customerservice@lisafreede.com.
Upon receiving your Return Authorization number please send your repair, along with your original invoice, email address, phone number as well as a brief description to the address on your shipped order.
